Hey guys. Its been a long while since my first posts and earlier I told everyone I'd be updating at least once a week (which didn't happen last week) but today, I have a few photos to share. This past weekend I had the chance to capture a nice sun set and although I'm not the best at landscape photography, I want to show what can be done with a little digital processing. This is the original photo.
This first attempt I bumped up the exposure slightly and raised both the clarity and the vibrancy to make the colors pop and make the image nice and sharp.
This next one I turned the exposure and contrast down very lightly and brought the clarity nearly all the way down while increasing the shadows to get this slightly brighter but dull image.
The last shot is actually a different shot and not an edit of the last 3. I decided to play with the hue and touched up the color.
Like I said, I'm not the best landscape photographer. I want to show that there are many different ways of editing a photo to get any sort of affect you want. If you found this interesting and want to see more stuff like this, leave it in the comments. If you have any sort of suggestions too, I'll be happy to take them. Just leave a comment :)
